How it works
Your body is an instrument.
When stress hits, the strings drift out of tune. You feel it as tension, poor sleep, low energy, or just not feeling like yourself.
Quantum biofeedback works like a tuner. It listens for what has fallen out of harmony, then sends gentle balancing frequencies, like a tuning fork, to help your body find its way back.
You simply relax. Most people describe it as a long, deep exhale.

In about three minutes, the system checks how your body responds to more than 12,000 items, from nutrition to stress to the environment around you.

Your session draws on more than 500 programs designed to retrain patterns of stress and support relaxation.

Meet Kathryn and Geoff
We still remember what it felt like to need this ourselves.
Kathryn saw where wellness was headed more than twenty years ago. Geoff first sat in her chair as a client at sixteen, and had a practice of his own by eighteen.
Together we bring more than 43 years of hands-on experience, and one simple belief: it’s so important that people know how to take care of themselves, and that they have a tool to do it.
